- All product descriptions, images, and prices are as accurate as possible at the time of publishing, but we do not guarantee they are error-free.

- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including after confirmation, in cases of stock error, suspected fraud, or pricing mistakes. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
- It's your responsibility to provide accurate shipping and contact information. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect details provided at checkout.

- Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or Stripe at the time of order. We do not store your full card details.
- All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
- If a payment is declined, refused, or reversed (chargeback) after an order has shipped, we reserve the right to recover the cost of goods and pursue the balance owed.

- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility, though we'll help track down lost shipments where we can.
- Risk of loss and title to products pass to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
- International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by your country. These are your responsibility and are not included in the order total unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Any dispute will first be addressed informally by contacting hello@maheswim.com. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Seychelles, subject to the consumer rights exception above.
